5Photography & Social Media
We may photograph or film students during classes, rehearsals, and performances for use as class aids, keepsakes, or marketing materials including our website and social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).
You may opt out of photography and social media use at any time by contacting us in writing at steph@beaconarts.dance. Any existing images will be removed promptly upon request.
We ask that parents and guardians do not photograph or film other children without their parent's permission.
6Sharing Your Data
We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

- With safeguarding agencies if we have a legal duty to report a concern

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary. Registration and attendance records are kept for a minimum of three years after a student leaves the school. Financial records are retained for six years in line with HMRC requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal obligations.
